my experience with the staff at boots opticians in Folkestone was very satisfactory. having already had my eyes tested back in November,it was time to choose my frames. I was asked if I needed any assistance when I started looking at the frames,i said I was okay looking,no problem,i was left alone to choose. when I had found a pair I went to the reception and was assisted straight away by Emily who was very helpful and I am very happy with the end result.

The optometrist was really great, my two daughters had their eyes tested and my 8 yr old is autistic and was very excitable on the day, she also struggles with reading and the guy was so nice, so patient, kept telling her she was doing great. Then afterwards he came out and helped us find the right size glasses for her, and helped her as she was upset that she couldn't have the same glasses as before. Excellent care. And the lady on the counter was lovely too
